After yesterday's review of the finale, this is also White Collar, but non-spoilery: I jotted down a few random traits of the Myers-Briggs Jungian personality types I see Neal, Elizabeth, and Peter as - originally, I added it as a comment and invitation here, but I'll repost them here for your perusal:

Not that I don't have Stuff To Do, I also have Stuff I Generally Want To Do Yet Don't, namely the question of whether or not to watch the last ep of White Collar tonight as a treat.

In some ways, White Collar mystifies me, or rather, I'm mystified by my emotional response to it: It's such a fluffy, flashy show, more buddy-cop New York comedy than anything else. Yeah, there's the occasional dead body, but there are a lot more banter and cutesy reaction shots of the characters to this fantasy high-crime world they come into contact with.

To be honest, I was scoffing at all the fans at first. Please, I thought, Just Because The Actor Has A Pretty Face, and Because It's Supposedly Super-Slashy? Both of which, turns out, are entirely true. But that's not all there is.

Okay, this White Collar interview with Matt Bomer and Tim DeKay is adorable. The first minute has them bantering about the size of Peter's gun - oldie but goldie, people!

The week wasn't especially long, but I was especially congested. Glad to be home, and to already have done exercises while watching Castle (on recommendation from both an online and two real-life pals). Except for Mal Reynolds, I've never much liked a Nathan Fillion character, but boy, I adore Beckett. She's fierce and hot and twists the nose of cocky, overgrown boy-authors beautifully.

Maybe someone else is around when I hop out of the shower later? Worth a try, snagged from everybody,

Turns out everything in life is easier if you imagine you're Neal Caffrey: Missed your connecting train? Saunter over to the electronic itinerary terminals, hit in your details, and find the next – much more elegant and brand-new – express to the airport. Realise that your trolley-suitcase is in your right hand, but you need it to be in your left once in the building? Breathe, do a little pirouette at the top of the escalator and thus switch hands without losing a beat.

I does help wearing a suit and a smile. All that's missing in my case is the hat.

As you can tell, I brought my eee along on the trip: Oh, House. Just when I thought I should probably quit the show because Thirteen as my darling and point of view character and House as...a character are not enough to keep me watching, they go and create an episode like "5 to 9", which gives us Dr. Lisa Cuddy, and 120% percent of her. ( My take on her aspect of House M.D. up to 6x14 )

After yesterday night's indie movie with not just an admirer but also the producer & the publisher and that follow-up Q & A in the tiny, plush-seated arthouse movie theater right there in the city, north-east of my office, I'm having the kind of highly sophisticated day that involves burgers at Mickey D's, an ironing board, and eight blouses o' mine.

Also, watching White Collar.

I like this show: the D/s is canon, the woman is snarky and smart, the protagonist is con-flicted, and there's Natalie Morales as an FBI agent! And the fandom is indeed full of Neal/Elizabeth/Peter! \o/
